Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Product Use and Safety.  

  • By purchasing and using The Stand OUT!, you agree to use the product as intended and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Choking Hazard Warning: This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Do not allow children or individuals to place any part of this kit in their mouths. This product is not a toy and should be handled responsibly.

  • The LED lights included in this product emit a color temperature of 3000K (±10%). Use caution when handling and installing the lights to avoid damage or potential harm.

2. Intended Use

  • The Stand OUT! kit is designed specifically for stands with both lower and upper supports. Use on unsupported or non-compliant stands is not recommended and may result in product malfunction or damage.

  • Modification or misuse of the product, including but not limited to cutting wires or altering components, voids all warranties and may create safety risks.

3. Warranty

  • The Stand OUT! comes with a one year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modifications (e.g., cutting wires).

    • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions.

    • Issues arising from third-party mobile application usage, which may reduce the product’s lifespan.

4. Mobile Application Disclaimer

  • While The Stand OUT! may be compatible with certain mobile applications, the use of such applications may impact the longevity of the product. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for product degradation resulting from app usage.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The manufacturer of The Stand OUT! is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of the product. Always follow the provided instructions and guidelines.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Products may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, subject to the condition that the product is returned in its original packaging and has not been modified (e.g., wires cut) or damaged due to misuse.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing and using The Stand OUT!, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure safe and proper use of the product.
